SMT Machining
OneCNC does not rely on primitive machining methods.
Instead, we developed a unique method of machining the solid or surface
information directly. This method is known as SMT (solid machining technology).
SMT is a product of intensive research into ’smooth tool path generation’ to
provide a totally smooth transition from each tool movement to the next,
without jag’s or gouges.

speed machining), this is where SMT excels. The smooth tool path
finish that results from SMT negates deviation from the model. The
